Manufactured and Modular Home

Manufactured and modular homes are sectional prefabricated buildings, or houses, that consist of multiple sections called modules. This is a method of construction differs from “stick-built” and other methods, such as off-site construction.

The modules are six side boxes constructed in a remote facility, then delivered to their intended site of use. Using a crane, the modules are set onto the building’s foundation and joined together to make a single building. The modules can be places side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked, allowing a wide variety of configuration and styles in the building layout.

SIPs are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design. The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective. Building with SIPs will save you time, money and labor.
