Michael McCarthy is GGH’s President and CEO, with over 30+ years of Direct Sales and Business to Business and Retail Sales Operations throughout the U.S. Michael was trained by one of the largest U.S. Retailers of Manufactured Homes, Clayton Homes, Inc. a Berkshire Hathaway Company. where he received National Recognition as a Top Sales Professional for Clayton Homes. In 2009 Michael began working with Alliance Manufactured Homes, California’s largest Retail Manufactured Homes Dealer, where Michael’s specialty has been building New Manufactured Homes for Private Land Lease Communities and Private Property Development Projects. Working on private property projects Michael soon discovered the need for additional building materials and technologies to properly address the many site specific issues that plague private property projects. Realizing that the traditional Manufactured or Modular Home, also known as a California Builders Code 2013 product lines could not serve every site specific issue, Michael turned his eye toward Alternative Building Materials and Building Technologies to meet the diverse and various site specific issues that plague private property projects.
Krista Wendt Brassfield

Krista Wendt Brassfield hit the ground running early in life. A Junior Olympic Track and Field Champion at age 11 and a qualifier to run in the Olympic trials in 1984 and again in 1988, Wendt Brassfield learned that she could dream big as long as she backed it up with hard work. She studied Urban Planning and Architecture and at an early age, she became a partner in an Architecture firm with famed Architect to the stars, Erich Stein, Architect. She then became Owner, Principal of Landmark Designs and now has 30 years of experience in the design and execution of construction documents for custom homes as well as experience in commercial, light industrial, historic renovations and more. The visionary dynamo has worked on projects ranging from The Electricity Pavilion and Museum of Science and Industry for the 1933 World Exposition in Seoul, South Korea to Mansions in Beverly Hills. Her Passion lies with developing efficient and affordable housing. She holds a license in the State of California under the Green Galaxy Homes Dealership with the interest to assist those wanting to purchase new manufactured and modular homes as well as resale of existing homes in manufactured home communities. She is also involved in the design of Structural Insulated Wall Panel homes, better known as 'SIP' construction; a most superior, 'green' energy efficient construction method as compared to conventional construction.
Krista enjoys wine tasting, travel, running, and being an active member of a yacht club on the Monterey Bay as well as the Cabrillo Lions Club, which is a part of Lions International, where she stays involved in community service as an officer.

Jonathan Castillo has always had a love for providing Authentic Hospitality. As a graduate of the Hyatt Hotel's Phoenix Management Program, Jonathan entered into management rolls at a young age. Managing Conventions and Catering events for high end client like the SF 49ers, while hosting Conventions for thousands at the same time, Jonathan learned to manage projects, time and people very well. Learning the love for Business and Marketing, Jonathan decided to re-focus his career on Business and Marketing Management and Directing. After helping multiple businesses start and expand, after consulting for many different Bay Area companies, Jonathan decided to follow on his fathers footsteps and channel his skills with Green Galaxy Homes. Now a family business, Jonathan intends to help expand and detonate the awareness of Bay Area's Leader in Building Materials snd Technoliogies - Green Galaxy Homes, Inc.
